In couples counseling, each partner uses unique approaches wanting to be noticed and appreciated.

Couples and Marriage therapy

It's not like in the movies

Love and romance used to come easier before. But lately, you and your partner haven't been on the same page. Arguments are getting bigger, or have mostly disappeared. You feel unappreciated, and maybe your partner does, too.

The big things, the little things

You can see where your responsibility is, and you've probably said you're sorry a thousand times. But your partner needs to own their side, too. It's the big things of doing life together that feel lost, and it's the little things that could make life so much easier. Lately, you're wondering if this is even going to work out, and that thought causes pain, too.

Couples counseling

In couples therapy, we pay attention to the dynamics that lead to success and those that lead to failure. Couples practice communication skills both in session and at home. Couples who succeed find the message behind the behavior their partner is communicating, and work to hold those deep wishes together.
